Saturday’s ceremony in Bolesławiec market square brought together families, residents and invited guests. After several weeks of intensive training—including, among other things, tactical classes, firearms, medical and drill training, as well as instruction in regulations—the soldiers of Voluntary Basic Military Service took their solemn oath.
The unit commander thanked the soldiers for their hard work during training. He also thanked the soldiers’ families, recognizing the support they provide their loved ones on their military journey.
Families in particular were invited to watch the parade together, and many attended this important event. The ceremony was enhanced by the presence of the Wrocław Military Band, which provided the event with a unique musical setting.
