Discussion forum
We encourage you to create an account and express opinions on Istotne.pl under your own nickname.
To prevent abuse, the internet address of the device used to submit opinions and messages through forms is recorded together with their content. This numerical address may, after additional legal measures, make it possible to determine your identity and precise location.
The editorial team reserves the right to moderate submissions.
Advertising in comments under articles or on the discussion forum is prohibited. If an advertisement is posted, Istotne.pl may issue a VAT invoice of PLN 49 net for each entry.
Newsletter
Every registered user receives a weekly newsletter, which may contain advertisements from Istotne.pl or its partners. You may opt out by clearing the relevant box during registration or later in the account administration panel: Menu > My account > Edit.
Classifieds
Advertisements connected with business activity may be removed even if paid promotion has been purchased. By posting an advertisement and providing an email address, you consent to receiving commercial information from istotne.pl and its partners and to receiving replies to your advertisement.
The istotne.pl editorial team may add advertisements of various kinds to classified listings.
The editorial team is not liable for advertisements and classified listings automatically published by portal users.
Copyright and press law
The content of istotne.pl, including text, images and multimedia, as well as names and graphic marks belonging to istotne.pl and other entities, is protected by copyright and other laws.
Written permission from the Istotne.pl editorial team is required for any purpose other than personal and non-commercial use to copy, modify or adapt Istotne.pl content, create derivative works from it, or transmit or distribute original or modified content in whole or in part. Copyright and press law must be observed.
Some content may be protected by copyright belonging to other persons or entities.
By submitting an opinion in text form through a form, you grant the Istotne.pl editorial team permission to publish and further use that text free of charge, in its original or modified form, without identifying the author.
