We recently received the following report from a reader:

Bolesławiec Hospital is encouraging patients (probably only pensioners) by phone to undergo examinations, which end when they register at the clinic and receive a referral to register for a specific examination, while further registration itself is impossible both at the clinic and electronically.

The man added: “I know at least several people who experienced the same thing as I did.”

To support his statement, the man attached a screenshot showing that he had written several times to asystentpacjenta@zozbol.eu and had not received any response.

We asked Szpital św. Łukasza w Bolesławcu about the matter. Here is the facility’s response:

We investigated the matter and confirm that telephone and in-person registration are proceeding properly and without delays. Regarding email contact, we have introduced training and improvements so that responses are provided even more efficiently. So far, we have not recorded any similar reports, but we thank you for your vigilance and for providing the information.

The hospital adds:

It is important to us that residents of the region use outpatient diagnostics and treatment. If you experience difficulties registering, please contact the helpline at 75 738 01 32 (business days, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) or by email: dstefanik@szpitalboleslawiec.pl. Ms Danuta Stefanik, Patient Rights Specialist, will provide the necessary support.
