We return to the subject of Wojska Polskiego Avenue in Bolesławiec and residents’ complaints about drivers traveling there at excessive speed. Another change to the traffic organization has recently taken place there.
In September 2023, we reported that new signs had appeared and sections of the road had been closed to traffic. The aim was to slow traffic on this stretch and, consequently, improve safety. To drive through the narrowed section, drivers had to slow down and, if necessary, stop and yield the right of way.

Now the previous road markings have been replaced with a speed bump. There are currently two speed bumps on Wojska Polskiego Avenue, and a 40 km/h speed limit is in force.
