The incident occurred on Monday, July 3, on the A4, more or less at the level of Wykroty. After 5:00 a.m., the truck driver hit a crash barrier.
Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. However, it turned out that the 52-year-old driver was drunk, with almost one per mille of alcohol in his system.
Driving under the influence carries, among other penalties, a sentence of up to two years in prison.
