The incident occurred in mid-September. According to findings by Lwówecki.info, the village head of one of the villages in Lwówek County contacted the police duty officer, reporting that he had been attacked by one of the residents while carrying out his duties.
The reports were confirmed to journalists from the aforementioned portal by the press officer of the County Police Headquarters in Lwówek Śląski.
It Was About the Streetlight Locations
The source of the conflict was allegedly the planned location of new streetlights, which are to be installed in the village. One of the residents did not approve of their placement.
Police Are Investigating the Case
Police officers in Lwówek are currently conducting proceedings on suspicion of insulting a public official and violating his personal inviolability.
The proceedings are intended to establish the exact course of the incident, as well as all of its circumstances.
The case will probably end up in court.
