After 3:30 p.m., police received a report about a man who was behaving aggressively with knives and a pellet gun near the psychiatric hospital on Tysiąclecia.
Police patrols were urgently sent to the scene.
According to a witness, the man drove up to the emergency department on Tysiąclecia. He wanted to enter the building, but paramedics noticed the weapon and did not let him in. They wanted the police to arrive, after which they could admit him. However, the man drove away, screeching his tires, before the officers arrived.
