The Mayor of Bolesławiec Piotr Roman and the president of Zakład Energetyki Cieplnej Wiesław Ogrodnik signed an agreement concerning the sale of shares in the Kryta Pływalnia Sportowo-Rekreacyjna company in Bolesławiec.
Piotr Roman, acting on behalf of the Bolesławiec City Municipality, declared that he was selling all the shares held by the Municipality (11,000). The price of one share was set at PLN 29, so all of them cost PLN 319,000.
The agreement concerns the sale of shares, while the constructed facility and the equipment purchased by the opening date of the water park remain the property of the Bolesławiec City Municipality.
Update
According to the mayor’s order of 7 January this year, ZEC paid PLN 100,000 before the agreement was signed. The company has until the end of October 2014 to pay the remaining amount.
