A resident of Bolesławiec notified the police that her ex-husband had started an argument and was physically and psychologically abusing her and their children. The woman added that in May 2013, her ex-husband had been given a suspended prison sentence—precisely for abusing his family. However, this did not change his conduct toward his relatives.
Police detained the aggressor. At the request of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec, the court remanded him in custody for one month. What is more, the earlier sentence was activated—the man will have to serve one year and four months.
