The promotion “We consistently slash prices for good” is running throughout the Tesco chain. Unfortunately, the promotion has not worked out at the hypermarket in Bolesławiec. During the promotion, customers pay PLN 7.99 for 154 grams of Oreo cookies. A larger pack of cookies (176 grams) without the promotion costs only PLN 4.89.
The problem with the cookie promotion was reported three times at the customer service desk: over a month ago, a few days ago, and for the third time on August 28. Each time, the employee at the desk assured the customer that the matter would be dealt with and passed on to someone. Although the money for the expensive pack of cookies was refunded, nothing was done about the incorrect price.
