The project is being carried out by Scallier, which is rebuilding and modernizing the existing facility. The park is expected to offer approximately 5,000 sq m of retail space, with the possibility of later expansion by a further 2,000 sq m. The opening is scheduled for September 2026.

Quick Bolesławiec will house several major brands, some of which will be appearing on the local market for the first time. Customers will be able to shop at ALDI and Action, as well as visit ShockPrice – a new off-price store chain being developed as part of Modivo Platform. The ShockPrice store will occupy approximately 1,700 sq m.
The offer will be complemented by Xtreme Fitness, while a Dr Max pharmacy is already operating at the facility. The park has already been fully commercialized.
A self-service Petroprix fuel station will also be one of the elements of the new development. Its construction may be of interest to drivers because the facility is located directly next to national road no. 94. The station will be another fuel sales point in this part of the city.
The new retail park will therefore combine shopping, service and leisure functions. Thanks to its location on Tysiąclecia Avenue and its proximity to DK94, Quick Bolesławiec is intended to be accessible not only to city residents but also to people arriving from nearby towns.
Work on rebuilding the former Tesco is already well advanced. If the schedule is maintained, the first customers will be able to visit Quick Bolesławiec just after the summer holidays.
The name Quick comes from English and means “fast” or “quickly.” In the case of a retail park, it may be associated with the idea of fast and convenient shopping. However, it is primarily the facility’s proper name and does not have to be understood literally.
