The campaign is being organized by the Youth City Council. "Some of the secondary schools in Bolesławiec are helping us," says Arkadiusz Krzemiński of the Youth City Council. On Friday, the Forum cinema will screen the films "Peron B" and "Koniec Muru." Both films were produced by the Boleslawiec.org service.
"We will donate the money previously collected in schools to the treatment of a student from the Zespół Szkół Budowlanych who has cancer. The screening is a thank-you to everyone who took part in the campaign," says the films' director, Przemysław Filipowicz.
The Youth City Council is organizing the campaign for the third time. In mid-June, students were invited to the Old Theatre, where they watched the play "Cats," prepared by the group "Tygrys Ogłuszony Domem." The second campaign took place during this year's Ceramics Festival. Specially prepared badges were sold at the time.
