A member of the Polish national team for the World Championships in the J. Humbert Cup is Tomasz Markowski’s trainee – Kacper Olszewski in the discus and 100 m events. Karolina Kędzia, coached by Waldemar Krysztofiak – MKS Bolesłavia Bolesławiec (currently AZS AWF Wrocław), will compete on 29–30 June 2013 in the 30th European Cup Combined Events (Super League) in Tallinn (EST). Karolina’s current season best in the heptathlon is 5,408 points, achieved in Kladno, Czech Republic.
Małgorzata Markowska’s trainee – Ewa Ochocka – has also qualified for the Polish national team. She secured her place at the World Youth Championships, held on 10–14 July 2013 in Donetsk, during a meeting in Poznań. She completed the 400 m hurdles in 60.76. The hurdler is currently preparing to leave for a training camp at COS Spała from 1–8 July 2013. Ewa also leads the national rankings in the 100 m hurdles.
The following athletes will compete at the Polish Junior Championships:

- 4×400 m relay (Marek Pławiak, Krzysztof Kozdra, Artur Polański, Maciej Goss, Marek Mikułko)
Meanwhile, the following athletes have secured participation in the National Youth Olympics – Polish Youth Championships:
- Ewa Ochocka, 100 m hurdles, 400 m hurdles
- Robert Polański, 400 m hurdles
- Wojciech Karaban, 2,000 m steeplechase
- Kacper Olszewski, shot put and discus
- Monika Sandak, javelin and discus
- Karolina Mrozik, hammer throw
- Dawid Kopała, hammer throw
- Grzegorz Oślak, 10,000 m race walk
- Paweł Jóźwiak, triple jump
Michał Biś and Dawid Kopała have good chances of qualifying for the National Youth Olympics in the javelin, while Monika Chmielik is in contention in the 100 m.
