The Bolesławiec County website published information about the introduction of a flood emergency alert: “We hereby inform you that, due to the warning level being exceeded at the gauge in Nowogrodziec on the Kwisa River and the alarm level being exceeded at the gauge in Dąbrowa Bolesławiecka on the Bóbr River, as well as the unfavorable hydrological situation and increased water releases from reservoirs in Leśna and Pilchowice, on June 2 at 1:00 p.m. the Bolesławiec County Head introduced a flood emergency alert throughout Bolesławiec County.”
The alert remains in effect until further notice. The situation is being monitored on an ongoing basis.
