A blood donation drive is taking place at the Wedding Palace in Bolesławiec. Several police officers from Bolesławiec took part in the initiative organized by the Polish Red Cross. The officers have been cooperating with the Polish Red Cross for years. It is worth noting that in December 2010, the district police commander Grzegorz Chirowski received an Honorary Badge of the Polish Red Cross.
