The theft of electrical cables worth nearly PLN 7,500 took place on August 15 at a chemical plant. Police determined that the crime was committed by two men, aged 21 and 24. The suspects sold their loot at non-ferrous metal collection points.
One of the thieves was apprehended by police on August 20. Efforts are currently underway to apprehend the second perpetrator. The recovered property was returned to its owner.
Both suspects face up to five years in prison.
