Police officers caught a 58-year-old resident of Bolesławiec in the act as he tried to break into one of the clothing stores in the city. Using a metal rod, the man attempted to break the padlock on the entrance door. He was drunk when arrested.
The suspect had previously been in conflict with the law. He now faces up to 10 years in prison.
