The new bridge over the Bóbr River was opened to traffic at the end of August. A problem quickly emerged with drivers who failed to comply with the applicable road signs. One of the bans that was repeatedly broken was the ban on turning left.

Now another change has appeared at this location.

Additional restrictions by Orlen

This concerns leaving the fuel station in the direction of the new bridge. As our reader informed us:

Today the police came together with construction workers. From around 12:00, the road was closed – turning left from Orlen.

And indeed. The white-and-red barriers installed earlier have been extended. This is intended to prevent drivers from leaving the fuel station to the left, in the direction of the bridge.

Changes worked out with the station owner

We established that the measures concerning the change in traffic organisation were introduced by the police because of violations of the regulations and a threat to safety. The solutions were worked out jointly with the owner of the fuel station.
