The incident occurred on Thursday evening, 15 September. The police duty officer received a report about a damaged car. A patrol immediately went to the scene. The perpetrator turned out to be a 19-year-old resident of Bolesławiec, who demolished the car using a metal pipe. He was drunk when arrested.
The 19-year-old admitted his guilt. He was taken into police custody. He now faces up to five years in prison.
