For several days, I have been trying to contact the playground manager, but without success. In Park Bonina, at the playground, there is a large wooden platform that children run across. It is rotten in several places, the boards are moving, and they have started to lift.

She added: – It has been like this for a long time. The park is cleaned every day, but nobody repairs it. They have money for new playgrounds, but they do not renovate those that are most popular with children. Could you please help publicize the matter so that it can be repaired?

She also added: “A board could break under a child, they could hurt themselves, and then there will be a problem.”

We appeal for action.

Regular maintenance of equipment located in playgrounds is important both for the comfort of using it and for its durability. Mechanical components that remain without proper inspections and lubrication for a long time may start making unpleasant noises. In places located near residential buildings, such noise can be a nuisance to nearby residents, especially when the playground is heavily used.

Experts emphasize that systematic technical inspections and ongoing maintenance not only help reduce equipment wear, but also make it possible to detect potential faults earlier and extend its service life. This keeps playgrounds safe and comfortable for children while also helping them better serve their function as recreational spaces for the entire local community.
