The detention took place on September 6. During a patrol, police officers noticed a group of people. When he saw the officers, one of the men began behaving strangely. As it turned out, the 26-year-old resident of Bolesławiec had 0.44 g of marijuana and a mobile phone that had been stolen in Wrocław.
The 26-year-old was taken into police custody. He faces up to five years in prison.
