A second-degree meteorological warning for storms has been issued for Bolesławiec County:

Storms are forecast, locally accompanied by very heavy rainfall of 30 mm to 45 mm and wind gusts of up to 90 km/h, locally up to 100 km/h. Hail is possible in places. The storms will move from west to east.

The warning is in effect from Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. until Wednesday, July 1, at 12:00 a.m. As stated in the announcement, the update concerns an extension of the warning’s validity period.

Residents planning outdoor activities or travel in the afternoon and evening should follow current weather alerts and take into account the possibility of a sudden deterioration in conditions. Particular caution is advisable on roads, near trees and in areas prone to waterlogging.

In the event of stronger storm cells, it is recommended to secure loose objects on balconies and properties and limit time spent outdoors until the storms have passed.
