The incident occurred on Tuesday, August 9, in the Bolesławiec rural municipality. Police officers received a report about the killing of a four-legged animal. It turned out that the 47-year-old killed the animal by striking it against the metal hitch of a farm trailer. The man was completely drunk when he was arrested. He had a blood alcohol level of 3.7‰.
The animal belonged to the 47-year-old’s friend, with whom the detained man had previously been drinking alcohol. The suspect now faces up to two years in prison.
