Update
As established by the Bolesławiec police, the Opel driver, a resident of Jelenia Góra, moved into the opposite lane and struck the side of a Volkswagen Caddy. The perpetrator was fined PLN 1,100.
The incident occurred on Thursday, 21 May, on the Bolesławiec bypass, near the newly constructed Leroy Merlin store. Two vehicles collided there: a Volkswagen and an Opel.
Preliminary information indicates that no one suffered more serious injuries. Police are establishing the causes and circumstances of the incident. Officers are appealing for care and caution on the road.
