The perpetrator started a domestic argument, during which, holding a kitchen knife, he attacked his wife – reports Ewa Węglarowicz-Makowska from the District Prosecutor’s Office in Jelenia Góra.
The woman managed to escape outside the building, but when she reached the gate, the man caught up with her and struck her a dozen times around the face, neck, chest and back.
The victim suffered extensive injuries, including cuts and stab wounds to the face and neck, as well as serious harm to her health. Spokeswoman: – She survived thanks to the immediate medical assistance she received.
