Police officers from Komisariat II Policji w Jeleniej Górze intervened during the night of February 6–7, several minutes after midnight, at one of the pubs in Karpacz. The command:

The report concerned a woman who was causing a disturbance at the venue and, despite requests from the staff, refused to leave.

At the scene, the officers found a 34-year-old resident of Łask County who was intoxicated and very aggressive. The woman ignored the police officers’ orders, insulted them and lunged at them to fight.

But that was not the end of it. The officers:

During the intervention, it also turned out that she had drugs on her. The police secured amphetamine and marijuana.

The result? Due to the woman’s condition, she was arrested and placed in police custody to sober up and undergo further procedures. The following day, she was charged with drug possession, violating the bodily integrity of officers and insulting them ⚖️

The court will now deal with the case. For the crimes committed, the woman may face a sentence of up to three years in prison. The command concludes: – We remind everyone that aggression toward police officers and breaking the law always have consequences.
