Icy roads and pavements in Bolesławiec: warning for drivers and pedestrians

Weather conditions may be exceptionally dangerous. Forecasters are warning of icy roads and pavements following rain mixed with snow and wet snow. When the temperature falls below zero, wet surfaces will quickly freeze, creating a layer of ice invisible to the naked eye.

As we read in the first-degree warning for Bolesławiec County:

Freezing of wet road and pavement surfaces is forecast after rain mixed with snow and during wet snowfall, causing them to become icy. Minimum temperature around -2°C, minimum temperature at ground level around -3°C.
