Freezing rain warning for Bolesławiec County – dangerous black ice possible

The Institute of Meteorology and Water Management has issued a first-degree warning about freezing precipitation. Light freezing rain or drizzle is forecast, which may cause dangerous black ice. The greatest risk of hazardous conditions is expected after midnight and during the morning hours.

The first-degree warning for Bolesławiec County states:

(...) Periods of light freezing rain or drizzle causing black ice are forecast, moving from the south to the north of the region. The highest probability of these phenomena is expected after midnight and in the morning of 25 January 2026.
