The incident occurred on January 20, shortly after 9:00 p.m. – The duty officer at the Jawor County Police Headquarters received information about a road accident that occurred on national road No. 5 in the town of Mysłów – reports Sub-Inspector Ewa Kluczyńska, press officer for the local County Police Headquarters.
According to the officers’ preliminary findings, a 30-year-old resident of Bolków, driving a Hyundai, for reasons not yet established, crossed into the left lane, hitting a BMW and a Toyota traveling correctly, then veered into a roadside ditch and crashed into a tree.
He died at the scene.
Police: – Road traffic officers and the operational-investigative team, under the supervision of the prosecutor, carried out activities at the scene with the participation of a road traffic expert.
The investigation into the case is being conducted by the prosecutor’s office in Kamienna Góra. Activities are ongoing to determine the cause and more detailed circumstances of this tragic incident.

A safe speed is one adapted to the road conditions, traffic volume, weather, surface condition and other circumstances. Every driver must be aware that when driving a car, they are responsible for their own life, but also for the lives of everyone else, including passengers and other road users.
