Since the beginning of this year, throughout the county, officers from various divisions of the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters and subordinate police stations have arrested a total of 9 wanted people.
Officers:
All those arrested were men aged between 17 and 65. Only one of them is not a resident of our county—a 20-year-old from Jelenia Góra who must serve a prison sentence for making criminal threats.
Among those wanted was also a 17-year-old who had left a Youth Educational Centre without permission.
The police list:
The men arrested had been sentenced for, among other things, aggravated theft, driving while intoxicated, violating a court-ordered driving ban and failing to stop for a roadside inspection.
In one case, fresh snow helped officers arrest a 34-year-old. The unit said: – Footprints left in the white powder led officers directly to an outbuilding where the man, sentenced to five months in prison, was hiding.
