On 18 November, a ceremonial assembly was held during which recruits of Voluntary Basic Military Service received weapons, a symbol of responsibility and readiness for service.
During the aforementioned event, the deputy commander of the self-propelled artillery battalion, Maj. Łukasz Mikołajczyk, was promoted to a higher rank and assumed the duties of DAS commander.
