Police officers from Gryfów Śląski stopped a 39-year-old resident of Lwówek County in Mirsk. He was driving a Fiat despite having two active driving bans.
According to lwowecki.info:
As junior aspirant Olga Łukaszewicz, press officer for the District Police Headquarters in Lwówek Śląski, recalls, since this was not the man’s first violation of a driving ban, the police decided to arrest him and place him in a police cell. He was then brought before the court, where he was sentenced in expedited proceedings.
The court sentenced the 39-year-old to 7 months in prison and ordered him to pay PLN 6,000 to the Fund for Assistance to Victims and Post-Penitentiary Assistance.
