The reader reported that the app displays bus operating times on public holidays, even though no buses run on those days. She also noticed other inaccuracies.

– The “Zabobrze 20” stop, which exists in the app and physically on the timetable board under that name, is no longer listed in the online timetable on the MZK website – the reader reports. – Suddenly, the “Zabobrze baseny” stop appeared. I am not complaining about the name change itself; it was probably intended to make things easier for people using the swimming pools. But the stop has different names in different places – the reader explains.

Another reported problem was the lack of a bus timetable at one of the stops used by the reader.

– I assume that bus number “0” no longer runs, but its timetable is still posted, while the timetable for bus number “2”, which does run, is missing – the reader wrote. – I will manage, but there are elderly people who rely exclusively on the timetable posted on the stop’s board. At the stop, I personally explained to an elderly woman that the bus would still arrive despite the missing timetable – the woman adds.

The reader reported all these comments in August 2025 by emailing MZK, but received no response at the time. Anna Drzewiecka, a technical and operations specialist at MZK Bolesławiec, responded to our email very competently and quickly, assuring us that errors in the MyBus app should not occur and that MZK would make every effort to prevent a recurrence.

Thank you for reporting this. We constantly strive to respond to all comments, and it is important to us that every Passenger can use public transport in Bolesławiec.

I would like to inform you that the timetable was replaced this morning (14 October – editor’s note). Unfortunately, this was an employee’s oversight while replacing the holiday timetables with the school-year timetables. We sincerely apologize for this situation. Reports of irregularities at stops are usually investigated as a priority.

Zabobrze 20 has been displayed all along. “Zabobrze baseny” is the name of the street and was created to make it easier for passengers to travel to the outdoor swimming pools on Spacerowa Street, which opened this year.
