This year’s Bolesławiec Ceramic Festival will temporarily affect the operation of public transport. Miejski Zakład Komunikacji w Bolesławcu has announced that, in connection with the organization of the event, buses on three routes will operate along altered routes.
The changes will apply from Friday, August 21, 2026, at 4:00 a.m. until Sunday, August 23, at midnight.
The changes affect routes 4, 7 and 11
During the specified period, the following stops will be removed from the routes of routes 4, 7 and 11:
- Żwirki i Wigury,
- Karola Miarki – Urząd Miasta,
- Karola Miarki – Dzieci Wrześni/Opitza.
Passengers using these routes should therefore check in advance where they will be able to board or leave the bus.
Buses will follow an altered route
MZK in Bolesławiec has announced that the replacement bus route will run along the following streets: Chrobrego – Spółdzielcza – Zygmunta Augusta – Podgórna – Jeleniogórska.
The changes are connected with the organization of the Bolesławiec Ceramic Festival, which will once again attract both residents and numerous visitors to the city in August.
During this period, drivers and passengers should also expect heavier traffic and other temporary changes to traffic organization in the event area.
