A temporary bridge over the Bóbr River will be built at the turn of November and December. It will be a metal structure with a wooden deck. Pedestrians and cyclists will be able to use it.
The military is currently waiting for the approaches to be designed and built. (The uniformed personnel will build the bridge itself).
At the end of August this year, we reported that a temporary bridge was to be built near the so-called small waterfall (the damaged weir), closer to Rajska Street:
The military will build the temporary bridge using DMS 65 technology. Its construction is expected to take two days. The temporary bridge will be 5 metres wide.
And we add:
The location for the temporary bridge was not chosen by chance. Below the damaged weir visible in the photograph, the river is at its narrowest.
