Police:

We remind you that animal cruelty is a crime punishable by up to three years in prison. A dog, just like a human, feels pain, fear and attachment. It is a faithful and defenseless creature that places unlimited trust in its caregiver. Hurting animals is not only a crime but also cruelty. Every animal deserves respect, care and love.
