As established by the Bolesławiec officers, a 22-year-old resident of Zgorzelec County failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions, lost control of the vehicle and hit a roadside tree.
The driver was taken to hospital after suffering an injury to a lower limb.

The incident occurred on October 5, after 3:00 p.m., on national road No. 94, between Czerna and Zebrzydowa. As reported by eluban.pl:
It had rained in the area shortly beforehand, and it appears that the driver failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions while negotiating a bend.
The car left the road and hit a tree.
The car's driver was injured and taken to hospital.
Police are establishing the causes and circumstances of the incident. Officers are appealing for caution and prudence on the road.
