The incident occurred on Thursday, May 5, at the intersection of Staszica and Góralska streets. At around 6:00 p.m., the driver of a Mercedes taxi was traveling along Staszica Street toward the center of Bolesławiec. At the same time, a minibus with Czech license plates was leaving the subordinate Góralska Street. A collision occurred, as a result of which the minibus ended up on the grounds of one of the roadside properties. Fortunately, no one was injured.

According to preliminary findings, the minibus driver failed to yield the right of way to the driver of the Mercedes.
