A traffic patrol from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters stopped a 47-year-old driver during a roadside check in Gromadka municipality. The police: – The Ukrainian citizen was driving while intoxicated; the test showed 0.8 per mille of alcohol in his system.
The man was first taken into police custody, and then officers from the station in Kruszyn brought him before the District Court in Bolesławiec, where a conviction was handed down.
What happens next? The officers: – After the hearing, the foreign national was handed over to officers of the Border Guard in Zgorzelec in connection with the initiation of proceedings aimed at expelling the man from Polish territory.
