Spokeswoman:
In view of the above incident, we appeal to all road users to exercise good judgment and caution on the road. Let us remember that an electric scooter is not a toy, but a vehicle used by full-fledged road users who are obliged to comply with the regulations.
The popularity of electric scooters as a means of urban transport is growing, particularly among young people. We therefore appeal to parents to make informed decisions when purchasing such a device. Let us remember that recklessness, bravado or a moment of inattention can lead to tragedy for a scooter user.
