The collision occurred when two drivers decided to overtake a truck traveling ahead of them. The driver of the passenger Renault, who was traveling last, began the maneuver first. While he was carrying it out, the driver of the Ford Transit traveling ahead of him decided to make the same maneuver. To avoid a collision, the passenger-car driver instinctively swerved to the left side of the road, hitting a roadside power pole.
Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. The incident was classified as a collision.
