The incident occurred on August 3 in the afternoon in Raciborowice. A 20-year-old resident of Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality, driving a Volkswagen, veered off the road and crashed into a fence.
According to the Bolesławiec officers’ findings, the man probably fainted. He was taken to hospital for examinations.
