The incident occurred on 2 August. Firefighters from Nowogrodziec:
(…) at around 11 a.m., we received a report of a person in sudden cardiac arrest in Nowogrodziec, at Lubańska Street.
After forcing open the apartment, an injured person was found. Officers: – Assistance was discontinued due to clear signs of death.
The police and prosecutor’s office are investigating the case.

During the operation, one of our firefighters suffered a minor injury, sustaining a sprained ankle. He was taken by the arriving emergency medical team to hospital for an X-ray. Brother firefighter, get well soon.
