On June 14, 2025, a man ordered a delivery via a Glovo courier to the St. Łukasz hospital ward in Bolesławiec.
I gave the room and ward number. At Glovo, they say the courier was not allowed into the wards, but that is not true, because the ward was open and the courier could enter.
We sent an inquiry to Glovo asking about couriers’ experiences delivering to hospital wards in Bolesławiec and whether they report any difficulties. We also wrote that we had documentation of such a report and its cancellation.
Our email received a reply, but without any explanation, from Glovo’s bot Mieszko:
Good morning,
Thank you for contacting Glovo 💛 We sincerely apologize for the extended response time.
Please be informed that, due to GDPR, we cannot provide information concerning customers’ orders; however, we assure you that every customer complaint is reviewed by our Customer Service Department.
Best regards,
Mieszko from Glovo 🌼
We also asked the hospital about its experience with courier deliveries to the wards, but St. Łukasz Hospital is also remaining silent. All we can do is ask residents about their experiences with Glovo.
