On Friday, October 9, the official opening of the Long-Term Care Facility took place at St. Łukasz Hospital in Bolesławiec. The ceremony began at 11:00 a.m. The new facility is located in Building F of the hospital at 4 Jeleniogórska Street.
Long-term care facilities provide round-the-clock care to people who no longer require hospitalization but, due to their health condition, need further treatment, nursing care and assistance with daily activities. Such care is used, among others, by chronically ill patients and people with limited independence.
