On Friday, 16 October 2026, the Armament Agency of the Ministry of National Defence announced on social media that more fully equipped Homar-K multiple rocket launchers had been delivered.

The equipment was delivered to the 11th Lubusz Armoured Cavalry Division named after King John III Sobieski, and therefore also to the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment.

Deliveries of the launchers ordered under the first executive contract, signed in 2022, are nearing completion. How many “crustaceans” have reached the artillerymen in Bolesławiec is not yet known.

As the website milmag.plreports:

(…) within the structure of the 11th Lubusz Armoured Cavalry Division, the user of the Homar-K multiple rocket launcher system is the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment named after Lieutenant General Tadeusz Jordan-Rozwadowski from Bolesławiec (23rd Artillery Regiment), which includes the 3rd and 4th rocket artillery squadrons. They are being re-equipped from WR-40 Langusta and RM-70/85 rocket launchers.

The first vehicles of this type reached the artillerymen in Bolesławiec as early as July last year.
