During a check of a 42-year-old resident of Bolesławiec municipality, it turned out that the registration plates on the vehicle were assigned to another car. In addition, the driver’s driving privileges had been revoked.
Meanwhile, a 32-year-old from Nowogrodziec municipality was driving a car despite being subject to a court ban on driving vehicles, issued by the District Court in Lwówek Śląski and in force until 2026. He had also received a decision revoking his driving privileges.
The residents of Bolesławiec County face up to 5 years in prison for the acts they committed.
