Police officers from the Bolesławiec traffic unit stopped a passenger vehicle for inspection. The reason? The driver disregarded the speed limit.
As it turned out, this was not the only offence committed by the resident of Bolesławiec. The police said: – In addition to the misdemeanour, the man committed a crime.
When the officers checked the driver in police databases, it emerged that the 51-year-old was subject to a court-ordered driving ban and decisions revoking his driving privileges.
The officers said: – The man was fined for speeding. The case concerning the traffic offences will, however, be decided by the court.
Violating a court-ordered driving ban is punishable by up to five years in prison.
