This is what happened: two men arrived at the store by bicycle; one of them went shopping, while the other stood behind the building. At one point, he threw a cigarette butt wrapped in a paper bag toward the meadow, which led to a fire breaking out.
The offender, a 36-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, was charged with an offence. The case will be decided in court.
