The incident took place on April 8, in the late afternoon, in Wykroty. The 18-year-old woman driving a Toyota failed to yield the right of way to another Toyota.
A collision occurred, as a result of which the driver responsible for causing it and her passenger were injured. Both women were taken to hospital.
Officers appeal for prudence and caution on the road.
